To order, pick and select your flowers in the cart. Please provide us details of the recipient's name, address, contact detail, delivery date, your message and make payment. 

Flower Selection

Please bear in mind that flowers are seasonal and we may or may not be able to provide you the exact similar kind however, we will substitute this with flowers of equal quality and value. All of our flower ensembles are made unique and special. We do not repeat our arrangements. If you have selected the flowers from our collection, you are subjected to the colour, look and feel of the arrangement. We do not go by the size of the bouquet, but the type of flowers we used. Our flowers are mainly imported and we hand-picked each and one of them for our arrangements. Flowers are natural products and therefore it is accepted there will be variances between the colour and shape of each individual flower.


Orders will be processed 3 days prior and therefore, your product will only be delivered 3 days from the order date. Standard delivery of RM15.00 will be added to your order for deliveries anywhere within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.

Orders & Payments

Orders will only be processed upon full payment.

Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details if you enter a correct e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. An order reference number will be provided for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the payments page. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website on the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur due to systems failure.


There will be no refund once you have cancelled your order with us within 48 hours.

Returns and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of many products you are advised to make any complaint within 2 working days of the delivery date of your products. 

We guarantee quality flowers, plants or associated items from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, die or wilt upon delivery please contact us at hello@florabyliz.com
